This directory mirrors GCC snapshots provided by gcc upstream at https://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/

Since upstream periodically deletes old snapshots, this directory should contain all GCC snapshot tarballs
used on supported Alpine Linux -stable branches and on the current Alpine Linux Edge development branch.

When mirroring a new snapshot, please ensure that you mirror all files provided by upstream. Most
importantly, the README file which mentions the Git commit used by the snapshot since this commit is
also used for branches in alpine-gcc-patches: https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/alpine-gcc-patches
