Are you trying to install freepbx from the instructions from our wiki?
Which repository are you using?
Yes the wiki, downloaded the iso 3:03 and followed the wiki and the current version + free since the wiki did not work.

The wiki article you refer to is pretty old. Most probably the packages have changed.
I remember freepbx uses the odbc driver instead of the mysql driver for the cdr database.
If I find time (probably not very soon) I will write a new wiki page for 2.7 repo, because the 3.0.3 repo also uses latest asterisk which is still a bit untested with musl libc.

I did not find this package in the 3.0 repository.
