New User here, It took me several days to figure out the stupid capture issues here when creating my forum account.
"What is our project name? (check the address bar) *"
is totally opaque for non native english speakers.
What you ment was "part of the url without spaces and punctuation in lowecase"?!
This is what I´ve tried:

I´ve also noticed: the footer states "© Copyright 2015 Alpine Linux Development Team all rights reserved | Privacy Policy"
but the actual "Privacy Policy" page is not linked/existing.

Had the same problem. Google turned up this page, and that's why I could create the account.
I bet I'm not the only one. It's not obvious what 'project name' is supposed to mean.
Initially I thought this was only for package maintainers, and tried to find a users forum.
Additionally when trying to respond to this post, I had to enter the captcha multiple times.
