Which library to use to encode audio into AAC? Could not find libvo_aacenc package is it libvorbis?

Solved. Install fdk-acc from edge repository

rumkin ... ffmpeg contains a native acc encoder, see: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/AAC
