Latest kernels with grsecurity testing patch?

Hello,
Although Alpine provides newest software versions in the edge branch, I could not find any of the latest kernels with the grsecurity testing patch. I'm an early adopter but my last crash was a long time ago so I'd really like to know if somebody made an effort on this.

We do not ship the latest kernels. We only ship the latest Longterm kernel.

Thanks. I don't know the apk build system yet but maybe I can switch to Alpine and package the stable kernel branch.
If anyone ever tried so I'd be happy to hear about that as well.
I tried to build latest vanilla, but it fails after long in the end.... :(
