ACF-Provisioning

Hello,
i am interested in using using the acf module for provisioning but whenever I do I receive a "LuaSQL: Error connecting to database" whenever I navigate the tabs or try to adjust any options. I tried installing all related packages but that didnt help.
Are there any instructions on how to setup the provisioning or how to fix the error?
