Activate docker api

hello everyone ,

i'm very newbie on alpine linux .

i have this simple question:

i deployed a clean 3.4 alpinelinux and then i installed docker , but now i want to activate the remote api layer ...

i searched on system for a docker config file , but no success ...

any hints?
