I installed cups and try to print a website from within the browser and it fails with the following error.

D [07/May/2017:19:28:52 +0000] Print-Job ipp://localhost:631/printers/EPSON_Stylus_Office_BX600FW
D [07/May/2017:19:28:52 +0000] [Job ???] Auto-typing file...
I [07/May/2017:19:28:52 +0000] [Job ???] Request file type is application/pdf.
D [07/May/2017:19:28:52 +0000] Print-Job client-error-document-format-not-supported: Unsupported format \"application/pdf\".

Any idea why application/pdf isn't supported? Is cups (edge, testing) compiled without --enable-pdftops?

Missing gutenprint with alpine 3.5, so I tried edge, testing and v3.5 + gutenprint@testing, both without success.
Tried debian cups install the same way (install packages, adjust config, start) and it works fine. So it looks like a alpine package issue.
