I see a lot of spam here.

New topics with no meaning, topics are raised after long time inactivity with stupid questions.

Something that can be done against it?

Maybe if its with the forum-software possible, new created user must wait one or two hours before they can post anything.
Or make the registration process a little bit harder.

Hi @ingo, I agree. Those points keep coming up e.g. here. Hopefully a volunteer as a willing moderator could change this! Alpine developers are so busy... Discourse is a useful alternative forum format, mentioned before: it lets users flag up spam, botnets (however, the Alpine forum was already migrated not very long ago).
Discourse is used as forum software by Void Linux and by another excellent secure up-and-coming (microkernel, secure Rust code) distro called Redox.

The Alpine IRC channel and mailing lists are active too. Good points though!

I do agree.

It's just my first impression, but how does it come that even obvious spam post does not get removed?

Here is one: https://forum.alpinelinux.org/forum/installation/nike-air-max-1-dark-obsidian-and-atomic-orange

"Nike Air Max 1 dark obsidian and atomic orange" with some links promoting shoes - In the Installation subforum?

Maybe I'm missing the point and it is intentional that this forum is not active. This was mentioned a while ago too.
