missing package [daemontools]

Hi,
I'm looking for daemontools, I'm using it to fire and manage services in some containers,
last time I checked it was in the testing packages.
Can someone help me find this package and also why this was deleted?
This package was moved from testing to unmaintained because it has not been updated for at least 6 months, see http://git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/aports/log/unmaintained/daemontools?showmsg=1
One possibility is to download the package source from http://git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/aports/tree/unmaintained/daemontools and build it yourself.
Could someone please look into that https://github.com/alpinelinux/aports/pull/356, or guide me on how to ship that package?
