Unable to login to Wiki: "413 - Request Entity Too Large"

The response above was received using Alpine Linux chromium and firefox browsers either today or yesterday.

When attempting to reset my password in case there was a change in the wiki operations that rejects a password that is perhaps considered too long, a "413 - Request Entity Too Large" was returned also, and no email confirmation was received. Could a wiki master kindly oblige. Thank you!
