Which version of Alpine?

I don't know if this has already been answered here, as search was not available. I have three different installations of Alpine.

How do I know which release of Alpine do I have? I tried the normal /etc/alpine-release, /etc/os-release and alpine -v. None of these commands gave me a differentiating reply. I'm sure two of these is a Standard and Extended. The third one is a mystery.
