General Alpine Install--won't install to harddisk.

every time I try to install it onto a hard disk the mirror file will not download suggesting it is unable to connect to the internet.
this is not a problem on virtualbox though after switching a network setting to NAT or something?
how do I get it to download the mirror when I run the installation on my computer so I can install it to a hard disk?
every time I try to install to hard disk it returns "Bad address" for every mirror file.........
Have you tried setup-dns and setup-interfaces utility, another thing to check if everything is fine is /etc/init.d/dhcpcd restart .
Check your /etc/resolv.conf and you can change mirror in /etc/apk/repositories.
I have mine set to http://mirror1.hs-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/alpine/latest-stable/main
