How to automate installation of packages and re-creation of iso with installed packages?

Hi, how can i automate the installation of alpine with some packages and let it generate a new iso itself?

Is there any workflow described that allows this without re-compiling everything?

Hint: slitaz has an extremely easy usable "create iso" tool that does what i described above - I am looking for someething similar for AlpineLinux.
