openvswitch-monitor package installation fails

openvswitch-monitor package depends on these packages:

> depend = openvswitch
> depend = py-twisted-web2
> depend = py-twisted
> depend = py-qt

Installation fails, because py-twisted-web2 is not available at all, py-qt is only available in edge/testing. How can we install it? It is really strange that this package is in release repo if it depends on non-existing package and one that is in testing repo.
