It seems that Alpine Linux can be installed to a ZFS / [ ], but I can't find information on how to do so, and when I try `disk-install` it complains that zfs is not a choice (only ext{2,3,4}, btrfs).

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

(I'm planning to use rEFInd as a bootloader to simplify booting a variety of Linuxen, BSDs from (different datasets) on the same ZFS zpool.)

I recently found a great article about ZFS and more or less RAID in general

also; you don't need to run your OS on ZFS to be able to use ZFS for your data and services.

It might worth to run alpine with ext4 on USBkey than use ZFS to manage all your drive.
