Networking without ethernet

Hey all!

I would like to install alpine linux onto my chromebook but I ran into a few complications.
Namely the fact that chromebooks do not have ethernet ports and to get wireless working as described on the wiki here: http://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Connecting_to_a_wireless_access_point

You need to already have internet to:

apk add wireless-tools wpa_supplicant

Is there any way that I can make a custom iso that already has these packages?

Am I just missing something?
