Hi, I'm trying to get a HP LaserJet P1102W printer working, via CUPS, on a small Alpine Linux server I have. This printer requires hplip drivers.

I found an old testing package at https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/testing/x86/hplip and tried installing it, but when I try to print I get the following error:

[ 2882.773469] hp[2434]: segfault at 18 ip 4de24e63 sp 5cdecf40 error 4 in ld-musl-i386.so.1[4ddd5000+82000]

And the job fails. Is there any chance of getting this package updated please?

I'm running Alpine 3.2.3 x86 on a small VESA mount PC. It has been performing admirably as a wireless AP for some time and I'd like to get it working as a print server if possible :)

Many thanks,
Mark
