gccbinutils and libc (glibc) missing

Hello,
I'm trying compile Softether vpn server and for this make, gccbinutils, libc (glibc), zlib, openssl, readline and ncurses are needed. Unfortunately gccbinutils and libc (glibc) cannot be installed with apk. Has anybody idea how to resolve it?
