how to support chinese language?

i am using alpine as nginx server.
if there are some files with Chinese character, then then file cannot be located.

so i guess the problem is Chinese language package was not installed by default in alpine, but i cannot find language package for alpine.
is there someone know it? please advise.

any ideas will be appreciated.
