VC4 on RPi3

Hi guys,
I'm trying to enable the graphics driver in RPi3.

I figured out that there should be some changes to the config.txt yet I couldn't find any information regarding installation of VC4 either directly on the host OS or a container OS.

I saw there's VC4 support in Raspbian but no information about installing it on Alpine or any other operating system, does anyone have experience with that?
